Hoi,
Look here, chummer, I have had a similar problem with roleplaying BTL use.
Ifound some info in the Mecurial, Dreamchipper, and Queen Euphoria Modules, How
ever vauge, and incorporated that with my own twisted imagination. I am using t
hese rules to write up a module that will be run in The Egyptian Campaign 93'as
a two round event.
As for advice, well chummer,.... The best thing I could tell you is to
read up on the modules I listed, and use any information which describes the fe
elings of a really good acid trip.If you can't find that, I would reccommend
that you rent the videotape called.......what was that movie called?......I thi
nk it was called Brainwaves, or somthing like that. It's about some scientists
who discovered how to record brainwaves, or thoughts, and relive them/replay
them. It's not that bad of a flick.
Hope that helps you colin, and if you still need that stuff on vampires, le
t me know.
P.S. what could be Gotta go
worse than BTL, Beazlebub, (A.K.A. Bub)
.. How about BTD... The extra-crispy burnt out mage

The Rat leans back in his chair, considering what Beazlebub has claimed. He
shifts slightly, left middle finger hovering over the `d' key, when he's
interrupted by a phone call. Returning, he scans Bub's data again, but this
time decides to throw his own opinions in.

``So, you want mechanics for dreamchips, BTL, and 2XS chips, eh? There's a
catch, chummers: there's far too many kinds of chips to list, and you ain't
gonna find `universal' mechanics for addiction. So, watcha gonna do? Fake
it. You got problems readin'? I said `fake it.' You already know what these
babies do, so why kludge up clunky mechanics? You GMs out there don't need
to rely on dice rolls. Dreamchips are `non-narcotic,' just like a 20th
century movie; BTL is addictive after a few uses; 2XS is just plain nasty
-- one use and you're hooked.''

``So, you GMs have 'runners who've gotten themselves a taste of BTL or 2XS,
eh? Too bad for them. A couple of dice rolls ain't gonna help. Try
psychotherapy and a loooooooong time. Strong Willpower always helps,
though, both to resist and eventually recover from chip addiction.''

``But do they *really* want to break from dreamland? Sorry. That's why 2XS
is nasty. Once hooked, you want more, and you *never* want to stop. Never.''
