I've seen mention of a few drugs in Shadowrun. Saw a few names dropped in the
Underworld sourcebook last night.

Does anyone know of any published rules anywhere that deal with the effects
of things like drugs and alcohol in Shdaowrun?

Drugs are covered in-part in ShadowTech. No rules for alcohol unless you use
the Wild West scenario from HB as the guide that drinking too much of
powerful liquor makes you resist something like 7L Stun after the first one.
