Department of Social Services. They primarly provide care to
underpriviledged expectant mothers with the birth of the child and
medical care for the child. The family is charged NOTHING for the
hospitol bills and a doctor is provided.

They also provide other services as well to families, such as Food Stamps
and WIC. Eventually I am gonna write a SR2 article on it.

Theme Hospitol? Is this a TV show or a game? Never heard of it.

If it works for you, but for my game-which some of my players have too
much money, it wouldn't work for me.
