Great message. You have said what I was (maladroitly) trying to say about
cyberwear and taser-type weapons. The military would not accept cyber
enhancements that were so limited. In addition to the situations that you
brought up, the nature of cyberwear (permanent) would mean that a security
leak would instantly expose your cybered special operations people to
neutralization by opposing forces.
I wouldn't want implants that would burn out from exposure to tasers or
highly charged electrical fields.
