I dunno, it is never mentioned in the rules. Which is why I made the wry
comment witha smiley. The shadow comment regarding "multi-tasking" has
nothing to do
with the published game effect of using an encephalon. Its flavor text,
and as such, allows individual interpretation if you care to, or it can be
completely disregarded.

I didn't want to get into that (I don't think it can really be
meaningfully resolved, and most people seem to LIKE the "multitasking",
however they interpret it), so I put the smiley and left it at that. And
here you had to go and ask...

Well of course *I* had to go and ask, I notice little things like this and
often want them clarified just because I know my opinions do not often match
up with those of other individuals.
