This argument over encryption is getting silly. The simple way is for every-
one to be sensible and respect these 3 rules (not written by me).

Proper encryption etiquitte
All the following start with "It is bad encryption etiquitte to ..."

1) decrypt an encrypted message without the writers permission.

2) act on information in an encrypted message that one of your characters
cannot read.

3) constantly and continously encrypt messages, making an entire story
impossible for anyone to comment on.

These are sensible suggestions lets make life easier for everyone on this list
and use them.
