Indeed there are.
You can carry up to Strx5kg with no problem
up to Strx10 and you're lightly fatigued
up to Strx15 and you're moderately fatigued
etc.

You should have seen the look on my players' faces when,
after they had tooled up for a mercenary mission in the Congo,
I said to them, "OK everybody, can you work out how badly encumbered
you all are"

The Orc with the MMG, gyro-mount, tripod and HSA was not impressed.

Also...
up to Strx20 and you're seriously fatigued

A character can also _lift_ (not carry):
up to Strx20 + (Str)D6

So, the max that, say, a troll with Str 9 could bench press (lift) at
one time would be 234 kg (Strx200 + 9x6 (max) = 234)

So,this troll could bench about (*gulp*)...515 pounds! Wow! Spiffy!

(BTW, the "average" human, with Str=3, can bench a max of 172 lbs.
Does that sound right? Hmmmm...)
