Hi, I've got some question for the list:

1 -I'm sure that there was a list of active skills that became bonus
from Enhanced Articulations, but I can't find it. Could anyone help me ?

2 -I've found nowhere anything that said it was'nt possible to get
Synaptic Accelerators with vehicle control riggs, what do you think
of that combination ?

Bye.

According to the DLoH:

Armed Combat, Unarmed Combat, Firearms, Gunnery, Projectile Weapons,
Throwing Weapons, Athletics, Stealth.

Of special note: Vehicle and B/R skills are not aided by enhanced
articulation.

They don't. Different forms of initiative/reflex boosts do not combine. And
go re-read your Shadowtech; it states that they don't.

Actually, you CAN have both. You just can't use them at the same
time. You could concievably have beta wired-3 and beta VCR-3 both at the
same time, but all it would mean is that you get the VCR bonuses (boni?)
when rigged and the wired bonuses when not rigged. Either way, the point
remains that reflex mods are NOT cumulative. Ever.

Ummm yeah! that's what I meant. You can have different forms of reflex or
initiative boosters, but their effects do not combine: you only get the
benefits of the best booster.

Does that include a cyber reflex booster plus a Physad's reaction boost?

That includes EVERYTHING.

Ahh, so you can't get a +1 for your biotech, or fast talking, or etiquette
(sp?), and all the other Active skills, like they rules originally said?

None of these are active skills; Biotech is a technical skill (as are all
B/R skills), the rest are social skills; none are active skills, and never
have been. Arguments could be made either way for Driving/Vehicle skills,
although officially Enhanced Articulation does not aid Vehicle skills. A
general rule of thumb, though, is that if the relevant skillsoft requires
skillwires then Enhanced Articulation will be of benefit.

Uh, isn't that the question that started this? :)

Most definitely. There is no way I would allow someone to roll
more than 4D6 for initiative. I don't care what you have. Even the DLoH
has said the same thing. For instance you can't stack an increase
reflexes spell on top of physad reflex boost, etc.

Uh, wanna bet? _All_ of the above are active skills. The skills in SR are
divided into:

1) Active skills: These include Combat, Physical, Technical,
Magical, Social and Vehicle skills.

2) B/R skills: Most of the active skills have corresponding B/R
skills.

3) Knowledge skills: eg Sociology or Cybertechnology.

4) Languages: Pretty self explainitary.

5) Special skills: The rest, mainly the roleplaying skills, such as
the good old "Hide Elephant in Trech Coat Pocket"
one of my friends once had. He never got to increase
it though, sinse he could never find an elephant to
practice on (the GM required practice before a skill
could be increased). He found Rhinos, but it was
a case of "Close, but no cigar"... :-)
