Hiya!

I'm designing a martial arts style NPC for my GM's next
adventure in our campaign. Basically it will be an Enter the
Dragon kind of encounter on an island and the whole 9 yards...

One of the NPC's I have in mind is similar to the bad guy from
Mortal Combat(tm) with the 4 arms (Gorka sp?). Anyways
aside from the implications of attaching two limbs onto a
skeletal structure that was not designed to take them, though
I plan to use titanium bone lacing to get round this, and also
having to learn how to control 4 arms, what advantages should
these extra limbs bestow?

I was thinking something like an extra armed/unarmed attack
per round, and he/she would definitely have to have the
ambidextrous edge...

Any ideas?

Thanks

I'd give the character a simple +1 Reach to reflect the additional
offensive and defensive ability granted by the extra arms.

Don't forget that someone with 4 arms can hold 4 guns, or 2 assault
cannons... And fire all of 'em at
the same time.

Eek! what kind of recoil is that gonna incur?
Also, firing two weapons at once incurs a +2 T# (can't recall source
OTTOMH... BBB or FoF?), what's firing 4 wepons gonna do?

How ever someone with 4 arms can grab ya, pin your arms with 2 of
his/hers and proceed to trash ya with the remaining two...
Nasty Thought: do this with a troll *shudder*
Also, give him/her mods to unarmed/armed combat as if he/she had +1/+2
reach (in addition to any other i.e. from being a troll <eg>) due the
fact that 4 arms are harder to block / dodge.
Also, ya might stick in a level one tact computer and say it takes care
of integrating the limbs, but I dunno about this ...
4 arms might change the action costs (i.e. eject a clip and insert new
one in as a simple action if 2 hands are free [one holding the gun, one
holding the clip] )
