Can the spell slay <species> be taken as racist?

What about other versions?
i.e.
Slay <gender>
Slay <nationality>
Slay <ethnic group>
Slay <sexual preference>

Area versions are the ultimate 'smart' weapon

Anything can be taken as racist!

These will be a little harder to use, requiring deep mental contact at
least, but they can be designed.
