I have always wondered if you get cybereyes low-light, if it costs any
more essence to get flash compensators and thermal vision. Or if you
had a cyberarm if it costs more to add spurs, holdout pistol, smartlink
I mean if your already missing the part does it cost essence to
add on to cyberware. Well that just was plaguing me for a while.

P.S. I don't know why anyone would replace their eyes unless they are
blind. This elf may be cybered but I think I do it tastefully (actually,
it wasn't my choice, but thats another story).

The rules state that cybereyes can take up to .5 essence worth of
modification while retaining their .2 essence cost. Hence low light, flare
protection and thermographic vision, with a combined cost of .5 essence, only
cost .2 essence, the cost of the eye to begin with.
In SRII, cyber guns have no additional cost if you have a cyberarm.
Smartgun links involve a lot of additional neural linkages than merely the arm,
so they are at full cost. The spurs and razors are a debatable point.
Cybereyes are a must for any street sam. who intends to survive on the
streets after the sun goes down, or against an opponent who uses smoke grenades
or a flash pack, or flash grenades...
