Boy does this bring up some nasty thoughts...Foretelling is a -nasty- spell in
the games here and most of the players simply leave it alone. I was actually
using a variation on the rules for "Ancestral Spirits" in Cyberpirates in
order to contain/control the magic....then they started "Quest of Powering"
the stuff and things got fun.

So I had one "propheseer" get into a "Prophecy War" with another NPC.
Had a
little bit of fun with that...
