wasn't paying attention, sorry. It's low-TECH rules.

basically, fanpro set a limit of 4 to all attributs, including Magic,
made resources & Magic more expensive and reduced availability from 8 to
6, and reduced the Points you get for Chargeneration from 123 to 95.
(Similar with Priorities)
hmm.. I can't seem to find an English version.

So I'll generalize my question: What are you 're experiences with
Low-Power Campaigns, where the Players are not hardened Pros, but rather
small gangisch street types?

I played in a kinda low-power campaign once (well, technically it's
not over, but given the number of dead games I've been in, I suspect it
won't restart anytime soon), where we were playing not ganger-types,
but normal people. The characters were two geeks (resp. computing/anime
and electronics/video games) and a cook. Created with BeCKS, 150 Karma
(instead of 450).
Dramatic change of pace. That was great fun. The power level did, of
course, go up quite fast, because the premise of the game was that our
characters were doing their Christmas shopping. On December 19th, 2059.
Guess where.
