That was the symbol for Yen on my system you must either not have the font =
or your mailer must not have been able to convert it.

Hardly surprising, consisering that ASCII codes are from 0 to 127, and the
nuyen symbol is 157 (or something)

Stick to ASCII please? That way, MIME won't be activated, which is a pain in
the bum most of the time....
