Subject: FAQ Posting Change

I have changed the frequesncy in whcih the FAQ for ShadowRN is posted.
It was going to be posted every 10 days (1st, 11th, 21st), but i has been
changed to every 14 days using November 8th, 1993 as the key date. This
means it will arrive on Mondays, probably about 5:00 am if I can get the
auto-plonker working correctly.

I do not want to make it any less frequent than that due to the very high
turnover rate on this list. (we had ten people sign on yesterday, and 4
leave).
