NAGA : Neo-Anarchist's Guide to the Awakened (unreleased as
of the date of this FAQ, though a number of
listmembers have official "beta-test" copies from
FASA. These are no longer available, so don't ask
on the list 'cause we don't want FASA to sue us
for assisting copyright infringement.)

See, if y'all talk publically on the list about your interest in
infringing FASA's copyright, they'd have every right to insist that this
entire /list/ is in violation of their copyrights (which it is, legally,
but we have their permission) and shut us down.
They could also sue listowner Robert A. Hayden, assistant
listowner Doctor Doom (or whatever his real name is), and FAQ Maintainer
J.D. Falk (yes, me) because we are considered to be people of authority
and usually attempt to guide the flow of traffic here.
None of the three of us want to be sued. AFAIK, none of the
three of us can even afford the lawyer to tell us whether the lawsuit is
viable or not. And it would really suck if the lists got shut down.
