Now that would be absolutely nothing new to any business that exists, gaming
oriented or otherwise (not even going to go into the Micro$oft topic).

Now *that* I think is an interesting description. Either they caught them in
a bad mood, or they've (FASA) have had some major personnel changes and/or
attitude adjustments. They weren't that way towards any of us this last
august, ignoring the big buy day line incident of course (grin).
