Is there anyone with semi-official ties to FASA? (Rob Boyle). I'd like to
get in contact regarding how I can actually receive an order I placed in
August of last year, and so far my contact with Ross and FASA marketing has
been unfruitful.

Okay...

I've been through the same situation this August. The BABY, Adam?

Anyways, I ordered two BABYs, got only one, and got charged for both. It
took 3 months before I could get FASA to credit my card for the book I never
got.

Best bet, Adam, is to call them directly... can't remember the phone number,
though... They'll work things out. It eventually did for me.

Rob is out of town this week. I suggest you give FASA a phone call (#
is listed in the Chicago phone book), as this is a pretty big oversite.
Unfortunately, you may get shunted through voice mail, which sucks if you
are calling long distance. Calling before 12:00 central time gives you
the best shot at catching the receptionist. I don't know who you should
ask for, though. I just go down there in person to pick up my orders. :)

There's also a phone # for FASA mail order listed on FASA's website,
if you know where to look.

It's on:

Here's what I have scribbled in my 'novelling' folder.
I believe they're all current:

FWIW, the phone number on FASA's order form (that came with my SR3 GM
screen) is 312.243.5660x29.

FWIW, I placed an order for RA:S and it shipped, was returned, and they
never credited my card for it. I'm still trying to get that done. I've
even spoke to someone there twice!
