Which sourcebook is that ref in? I've read it, but I was usable to locate it
again.

Also, immediately after that, the otaku Raphael adds:
"Yeah, let's see if HIS simple mind can handle our complex forms."

Still, I'm not sure if the "battle scene" from RA:S is strictly canon.

A better source would be the female Decker archetype's comments from SR1 pg34:
"Maybe you've heard of Fastjack? Well, forget HIM. ... I'm going to put HIM
in the history banks."

Or better still, the "Taking the Time" example (SR1 pg56, SR2 pg68, SR3 pg92):
"Fastjack slipped the chip puller back into its slot in his microtronics
toolkit.
HE had just finished repairing the telecom ... HE used three successes to
get a
Noteworthy Success, possibly improving the ratings of HIS modifications ...
HE
has finished in three hours."

Since this example has survived ALL of the rewrites (mostly intact, I might
add),
I would call it canon.

Yup! And the answer was only as far as your BBB!

[Snip snip, Fastjack is male.]

Denver, the city of shadows. I do not remember the exact name but the
big book in the boxed set. I think it has a red image on the cover.

Find the section about the Denver Nexus and start flipping through
it. On the bottom of a right hand page there are something, I think
should be a file header (some of the text is in bold). Found that??
Okay. Now flip the page and look at the left hand page the column
farthest to the left. Just read from the top and you will find a
reference to FJ pulling something down in 2011 and somebody asks him how
old he was at that point, whereto he answers he was twelve.

If you can't find it I'll look at it when I get home.

One of my NPC's, Chubby Decker (hey, sometimes you have to think up names
really quickly, OK?) has a quote that he kind of said without my mind
actually thinking it up. One of the players asked if he could do something
like lift a few files from Lone Star or something equally dificult, and he
said "Excuse me? did I say my name was Fastjack? Do I _look_ like the
Dodger?" The player kind of hung his head and gave up that line of enquiry.
