I am pursuing this to a minor line effect in the games here. Arleesh is
getting protective of the females of her kind, and has some of her "contacts"
keeping an open ear/eye/nose/datacord open for just such individuals. I have
often wondered the same things of Hestaby, as she supposedly has both shamans
and otaku living on the mountain with her.

Well, from what I understand, the Elves hunted Dragons out of cycle, and
their prime target would've been females - for all the obvious reasons. That
could explain why there's so few.
BTW, along these lines, makes you wonder if there was a Dragon sleeping
underground in Alamagordo, New Mexico, the place where we were always popping
off nukes.....

Good question. Unfortunately, I'm not an Earthdawn player - beginning to
think about looking into it, but not currently. MY information comes
secondhand from a SR-only player.

That would be interesting to know ... wonder how many died in there
sleep or became horrors or whatever ... [BAD JOKE WARNING] Mayby they
all became horrors and that is why lifes a bitch ? :) ....
