Since in SR2 all heavy pistols starting firing Firepower ammunition, should
this be taken into account with the new ammo types available?

Or does Firepower not exist anymore even as a "hack" to "fix" Heavy
Pistol
damage values?

Other Notes:
A. High-Velocity Modification already prohibits barrel modifications (nice).
B. Remove the recoil dampening ability of Heavy Barrel? There are enough
ways to eliminate recoil as it is.

"That's amazing Ken! Tell me more!"

New Additions
1. Light Barrel reduces the level of Increased Damage Level or Power you can
get. Either that or prohibits it at all. Perhaps lower reliability if firing
Power-increasing rounds?
2. Cylinders have max capacity based on FRAME.
3. "Reversed" versions of many of the options.
4. Each level of Improved FCU gives -1 Concealability.
5. Task bonuses for better tools.
6. Stock storage spaces (you too can build an M-16 with that little storage
compartment in the buttstock)

"How much would you expect to pay for something like this? Act now and we'll
throw in the revised ammo rules completetly FREE! This sort of deal cannot
be found at any store. Act now while supplies last!"
