Shouldn't a flame canon look more like this:

Used mostly as a release for anger and tension, flame
cannons usually deflect negative emotions from one target to another, and
can cause considerable damage.
Flame cannons can be fired in 2 different modes: rhetorical and
emotional. The first attempts to cloak itself in logic and rational thought,
while the second relies on others in Netland to jump on the emotional bandwagon
to carry the day. Both fail to be constructive.

Flame cannon attacks are counted against mail buffers.
If one hit by a flame cannon attack (either mode) one will take pschological
damage each round for 3 rounds, in addition to the base damage.

Flame and explosive attacks WILL detonate (blow up in your face) unless the
target flames you in return.

Flame cannons cannot be used with silencers or sound suppresors; a flame
must be heard to be effective. Private E-mail is fine, and actually preferred
to avoid collateral damage.

Flame Cannons are usually used by DJ Karnes, Zealots, and people with minds
narrower than HO gauge railroads
