Well..I wasn't going to say anything originally about this..But do you have a
shotgun?? If you do you have a flamethrower..Or could have if your GM allows
it..I had heard of them before but I was reading the Oct issue of Shotgun
News..Well on pg 197 there are some adds for incindeary ordinance..
This would convert easily into SR..I will give all the info in the add except
the address..
"The Three Second Flame Thrower!" tm
12 Ga. "Dragon's Breath" r

There is an impressive pic of a round being tested..I wouldn't want to be
standing on the business end of the weapon firing this round..As a person
standing 20 feet away would be COMPLETELY engulphed [sp] in flame..and well
beyond..Something like this:

The amazing Dragon's Breath blasts burning metals down range anywhere from 90
to 110 yards. You'll experience a temporary white-out effect when firing at
night. This is the ORIGINAL formula equivalent to the Vietnam era Howitzer
round which tourched all organic matter in its' path. Absolutely will not
harm your firearms in any manner.
3 Rounds Per Box $16.98 Per Box SAVE! 4 Boxes for $65.00

So in order to convert...
Price: NY 20.00 per 3 rounds

Range: limited flames fire 100 meters

Damage: everything in path is incinerated according to flamethrower burn
rules..In night conditions this amminition has the same effect as a flash
grenade each combat turn after it is fired. Flare comp will overcome the
effects but repeated exposure to this ammo will eventually overload this
compensating device

Duration: the entire combat round if the character has more actions after
this Dragon round has been fired..the character MUST take into account he has
a flamethrower on full burn until the end of the combat round. The end of all
combat turns signals the end of the burn..So in the event the Dragon round is
fired on the last combat turn the flame is extinguished before the begining
of the next combat round begins.

Weapon: shotgun

Extra info: Weapon flash compensators do not work with this ammo. use
ballistic or impact whichever is higher [mix and match] to resist. Sound
supressors do not work with this ammo unless an *active* compensator is used.
sighting devices are fairly useless with this ammo. Availability GMs
discression.

I'd heard of these, matter of fact somebody (J.W. Thomas/Chopper) did up
CP2020 stats for them, which I converted to SR earlier this year.

Brilliant picture! Amazing! Wow! What's it supposed to represent, anyway?
