Well, I've spent last night looking through VR, and I'll be damned if I can
find anything that explains the pros and cons of full-cybernetic decking.
The only thing I found was that it gives +1D6 initiative (but not +2
Reaction), and that it is explained fully elsewhere -- in another book, if
you ask me. Anyone have more luck?

Well, I don't have any books with me. But I do remember that was about it.
Oh, and the con was that when you tried to jack out, you had a higher target
number to resist dump shock. I look up and post the page tommarrow. I think
its in the VR book.
