First of all, I don't think Full cyber-interface is ever mentioned in conjuction
with C^2 decks. That's just an assumtion made once since they have no keyboard.

As for were they are mentioned as an option for all deckers SRII page 178,
Matrix Initiative.

Ya. With that there is a really easy way to get an additional 1D6
without any penalty (except +2 to resist simsense overload). Then
decks aren't built with keyboards anymore? I just thought that IF you
had a full cybernetic interface then you had the benefits. I didn't think
having one was a choice kind of thing on a normal deck. Oh well, different
interpretations.
