I have an idea for a campaign that you may wish to use.

The characters are a group of vigilanties. Most of them have
day jobs as covers, but some of the them live totally in the shadows.
The group deals with those individuals and organizations that LS/KE
are unable or unwilling to shut down.
They have been operation for a few months, long enough for
some joker to hang a title on them, and for politians to either call the
team heros or the greatest menace on streets. Gruntcops are
roughly split 50/50 between those two attitudes, while the main
offices of the variouslocal security corps feel that they are a target.
Typical operational profile is a long period of recon and
evidance gathering, a very short and heavy firefight (with drones
and magic in support), a fast scramble for the bad guys guns,
ammo and money (living off thier enemies), maybe torch the place
(particularly if they are dealing drugs or BTLs), and get out of dodge
about thirty seconds before the SWAT response team shows up.
(Think the Punisher.) If they get lax,and dawddle or start getting
corrupt, they don't get out before the boys in black. though.
I figure that the team will have joint contact somewhere high up
(military, corporate, intelligence, law enforcement) that can provide
them some cover and supplies, but for the most part, they are on
thier own.

I also imagine discussing things with a contact. You knock on
his apartment door at about 0300. The peephole files with light for a
second, and ont he other side of the ddor you hear a muffled "oh
***!", followed by the joker running for the fire escape. Youcan
either (a) let your buddies in the alley intercept him, or (b) you kick
in the door, and proceed to chase his slimy hide through the slums.

I don't think this is what he's wanting.

My apologies if there was any confusion. It was most
unintentional. I'm on digest, so I only get mail a couple times a day,,
and sometimes coincidencs happen.
