I'm DM'ing SRN since 1991 and SR2 since it's out may charakters
at least those who survieved have about 120 karma and a group karma
pool of ca. 20 plus their own
But they always back off when i throw in cops or gangers. 'Cause they
know cops can call back-up (i recomend Cyberpunk:to serve and protect-police
source book) and they have pretty heavy stuff. Ganger on the other hand
have turfs and they do controll turfs. So better not mess with them.
Most times i use archetypes for such encouters, cause they fullfill everthing
i need.
And be always be aware of overhelming!
