Well, if I remember correctly, a gun can only have one barrel mount,
and both silencers and gas-vents take up the barrel mount. So you can
have one or the other, but not both. I don't have a quote from the
rulebook, but I seem to remember something to that effect. I'm sure
you can design a gun that has both, but then it wouldn't be a stock,
fresh-from-the-oven Viper Slivergun. It'd have to be custom-made, and
that takes time and resources.
