Heh heh heh

I have Chris Johnson's Geek code.

But she said she'd kill me if I post it.

It might be worth it.....

You are only 6 hours away. And I have recently mastered
mass-transportation. (see. I do read shadowrn. Especially your posts,
buddy. You're never up to any good.) ;-P

Ooooo . . . gruff butch babes. My favorite.

I also have a gif of her too. I'd post it, but I have to modify it to
paint her clothes off first.

Hmm, decisions, decisions.....
Oh, what the hell, you only live once, and I'm farther away.....
DO IT, ROB! POST 'EM, POST 'EM BOTH!
Chris, we share on this board, you know that: we're all one big happy
family. Think togetherness, think sharing, think....oh, never mind.
Do it, Rob, PLEASE!

-Ed
Well, maybe the picture is a bit much....wait a sec, can you do that?
Paint her clothes off.......? Nope, I don't think you can, Rb Rob.

Uh-uh, no way, you don't have the know-how. I don't care what you say,
you don't have the finesse to pull something like that off. And I won't
believe otherwise till you've sent me personal proff po proof to the
contrary.
Heh, maybe you could figure it in as extra credit for your class......
(I'm going to see what my atlas says about distance from me to
wherever CJ is. ITHINK Rob's the better r target, though.....)

I believe there are lasers in the jungle, Ed. If she was here and was willing
(two very big ifs, almost as big as my hands) I could easily make a GIF
of a nude Christina Johnson and post it. . .not that I have this compelling
need to, just pointing out it's possible, and rather easy.

As part of the experiments to bring full-motion video/GUI to te 'net?
Maybe. Coming Soon: Bunny@*******.Com.

There you go thinking again, Ed. . .

But you see, I'm talking about taking a picture of her clothed, and then
waving my magic hands and watching her clothes disappear, without her
even being present! Amazing these computer things, eh?

yes, it's called alt.binaries.pictures.erotica.

Ah, but I'm talking about entering the data in the first place, capturing
a vidframe as a still and then manipulating it with something like
Photoshop or Premier. All the mods could take place sans subject.

Ah, but are they MOVING pictures? I've never seen 'em, but I always assumed
they were just digital stills, mostly 16-bit at that. Hardly impressive.

Speaking of which, I read in the news today that Intel, Zenith, TI and varous
other minor companies are working on a 500,000 bit modem that works over
cable lines instead of phone lines. Aol and Compuserve, and perhaps Prodigy,
are going to experiement with it.

(Minor note: This thread should probably go into private mail,
unless there's no complaint. I'm leaving this public in case there's
interest.)

Prevailing format today is JPEG compression encoding: 24-bit pix,
but compressed in a lossy manner. MPEG files are occasionally posted,
which can be displayed in fair (320x240, 8-bit) resolution at 24
frames/sec on your average 486/33.

Also, there's the Internet multicast backbone, broadcasting
telephone-quality audio and (occasionally) slow-scan video.

They're also going to experiment with selling Internet access via TV
in Virginia (I think). Something like a big bit-pipe in and a much
smaller back-channel out. I would think it's much better suited to
something like Prodigy (mostly one-way info feeds) than AOL or
CompuServe.

ObShadow: Why is there no mention of cappuchino (sp?) anywhere in
the Seattle sections of the SR 1 book?

And the occasional late night 10 fps broadcast. And don't
forget Radio Free VAT.

BTW: Mbone is covering the Shuttle mission. Video, Audio, and
I believe maybe a whiteboard session or two.
