Hi again... It's time for: Another Silly Question!

Ok, our question this time has to do with what exactly a spirit can do...

Here's the situation... Johnny, a fairly powerful Shaman, went down to
deepest, darkest southern Africa looking for diamonds for a ritual... He
finds a diamaond mine... goes nearby, and summons up a hefty little Stone
spirit (or whatever was appropriate) at around force 8... He asks the
spirit to see if it can find him a largeish dianond... And the spirit dd it...

Now, I've got no probs with that, as it seems, to the best of my limited
magic knowledge, to be perfectly reasonable... However, should that be the
case, it could get real abusive and drift into areas not really explored by
FASA...

For example... Shamans or Mages hiring themselves out to companies (or
forming these companies on their own) to dig for precious gems and
minerals... It wouldn't take a shaman long to completely dig up an area of
all it's precious resources...

Also, these type of spirits culd greatly aid undersea exploration... Summon
up a water spirit or elemental, and bingo... Instant exploration devices...

Now, as I said, these seem legal, but could be abusive, so for all those out
there that may be upset at my giving your players evil ideas... here's
something of a solution...

Vengeful nature spirits or elementals out to get the character for pillaging
the natural resources... or a free spirit, or whatever...

Maybe make the corps come down on him and "ask" him to work for them..

Or one of a million other ideas...

Well, what do you think about that? Questions, comments, and flames
accepted, but not necesarily welcomed...:):):)

Also, consider the factor of just how depleted of it's natural and most
precious resources does a domain have to become before it's TOXIC???
