I don' tknow if anyone else got their GenCon Pre-Reg book, but there are a
slew of times listed for the Year of the Comet SR Tournament. My question
is are all of those times for round one, or just one or two of them?

Any help would be appreciated.

I don't believe so. Check out www.wizards.com/gencon or something like that
for the correct propaganda.
