Subject: Germany Sourcebook translations

I got Deutschland in den Schatten a few weeks ago, and I'm having a bit of
trouble with some of the German terms. If anyone could help me out with the
following words by translating them to the English equivalent as used in
Shadowrun, please do... (I left out the Umlauts, BTW)

Behandeln [Heal or Treat spell?]
Beruhigungs-/Aufputschmittel [some sort of drugs?]
Heilen [Heal or Treat spell?]
Hexerei [I know this means witchcraft, but what does it do in game terms?
Sorcery maybe?]
Huftpolster/Huftpolsterung (in the equipment chapter [shock pads?])
Lebenstil Mittelschicht and Lebenstil Obersicht (which lifestyles?)
Manablitz (a spell [mana bolt?])
Schieberin [a contact]
Verzaubern [probably sorcery, but am I right?]
Waffenloser Kampf [Unarmed Combat?]
Zauberspeicher ([spell lock?])
Zivilibulle [a contact]
Zocker [gambler?]

That's about it, I think. Most of this is from the Connections chapter.

Yes, drugs. I think they're tranqpatches and

Mmmm.. tricky one. I always thought that shock pad were somewhere else.
I'm not sure, but shock pad is close.

Mittelschicht = Middle lifestyle
Oberschicht = Upper (can't remember the exact words, the one right under
luxury)

Yes, but don't ask my with one. There are (let me think) Pfeil, Blitz and
something else. It got to be a bolt, you're right.

verzaubern means enchantig
Everything else is correct
