I also like Gibson immensely...

I ran into Bruce Sterling in a post office here in Austin...

Boy, what an ass.

That's strange... I also have this mood.

One day I decided to create a character based on a Sterling's book:
the Artificial Kid. It was a physical adept with lots of gadgets
(it is still my character, when I play :).

Kindly I posted it to NERPS: Characters, and, caugth by a sudden tought,
write an e-mail to Sterling telling him that I was using on the net
one of his characters, giving him credits, of course.

He wrote me 2 mails: on the first he said that his characters were
strictly copyrighted, and I cannot use them in my games (at my home!)
the second mail said: Shadowrun? Those crappy elves and dwarfs game?
*My* characters never mess with that ****.

Draw your conclusions.

Bye, Paolo
