As far as i know, the Glaser has NO armour penetration at all
It dreaks up on wallets/ interior doors/ webbing etc
But it has killed 97/98 peaple its hit... one guy was VERY
lucky..

For Enhanced Fragibility Rounds, i use a simple rule
Rating =N
vs armour, power-N
vs unarmoured target, power +N

so a Glaser, N=6 or so
in .44, thats 3M vs a vest
15M vs your chest
Dead Yet?

Hollowpoints are N=1 or 2
SPLAT, spartan, others have N from 1 to 5.

(Rest is a GM call)

If you want to try Odd bullets, get a special forces
weapons/equipment guide and look up some of the specialist
rounds they have access to...
