<CHOP> And killing the target as well. Expanders are NASTY
I haven't heard of Magsafe..any chance of you sending me the
details? (design, composition, lethality etc)
N=7 anyone?

<CHOP>it just shows how nasty it is...

<CHOP>if any of them had armour, they'd have caught the 3M
damage of the glaser and laughed!
IF you HAVE ARMOUR, its power -N remember

But, likewise, if they didn't have armour (which is a good bet based on what
you just said), then they would've copped 9M and been dead anyway. 9M is
pretty darn nasty as it is. Remember SR uses a logrithmic damage scale, so
when you almost double the power with +6 you don't make the weapon twice as
effective, you make it about 100 times as effective. I don't think that the
glazer is that good. A +2 or so for a 9M makes the chance of obtaining
successes about 1/2 or 1/3 of what it was before. That sounds more likely to
me.
