glass is transparent in astral space by virtue of its transparency in
real space. It is supposed to be transparent, so it is transparent in
astral space. Now one way glass is a different story, but it still acts
in astral space just like it works in the real world. A one-way visual
barrier. (it can be passed through using astral projection, in other
words.)
