trouble, you must help them, not that if you help them, you're exempt from
any legal ramifications?
I remember a case where everyone was surprised that this guy was hit with
the Good Samaritan Law because he didn't help a lady getting beaten up, or
something...
Now, I could be wrong about that.
As for being sued by the person you helped, I was told in a first aid class
over the summer that if you're not certified, the person you helped could
have a case against you because you performed procedures you weren't
trained/liscensed to do.
