Well, used to be if you wanted to test the listserv/proc you just sent a
"thanks" message directly to the listproc, and replied back with a "you're
welcome" message without cluttering up ShadowRN. But now that we've
switched to Mailman, I have no idea how to do a test message (the thing is
ignoring my "help" messages).

So, it would appear that Mongoose wasn't really at fault <shrug>.
