Sure. Assign damage codes and weapon types as you think is most
appropriate, and try to be consistent. No point in having one 9x19 mm gun
doing 6L and another 9M, for example. The ranges you could base on the
quoted accuracies; one way to do it might be to use whichever existing
range group's Long range is closest to the .990 hit chance that's furthest
down on the table in EotS (if you own the book, you'll know what I mean. I
hope :)

Apart from that, there is preciously little to convert if you ask me.
Thing like weights, firing modes and ammo capacities are rather simple to
do, while cost is again simplest by using a 1:1 dollar:nuyen ratio.
