A simple question, but not mentioned in the BBB,
AFAIK: Do the stats for guns include the weight
of a full load of ammo? Do the costs?

I rule no, but wonder if anyone else has an
opinion.

SR3 should explicitly state this, don't you think?

We've ruled that the weight/stats for guns and similar weapons do not
include ammo. For example, check out the missle launcher. There is no
way that weight includes a 4-break of missiles.

Also, if a gun already included the weight for a full clip of regular
ammo. there'd be too much math involved to figure the difference of a
clip with APDS, Explosive, Flechette etc.

It's much easier to note I have a clip that holds 15 rounds. Now the
book lists the weight of 10 APDS rounds as {foo}, or 10 Regular rounds
as {foo}. Thus I can figure a full clip for either as 1.5 x {foo} and
add that to the weight of my gun.

Both no. You don't buy a weapon loaded (wouldn't be a good idea)
