It may not be a name now but it will be the next time I create a PC. I've
always thought it had a nice ring to it... Terry

Actually Gurth is tolkien elvish for death.

Actually I just know way too much of the elvish and have used gurth
before :)

I know I'm not the only one using the name, but see if I care :) Still, I
get a sense of accomplishment when someone thinks it's my real name... (Not
that I ever use it as such -- I insist people who know me call me by my real
name :)
But if your players do speak a bit of Tolkien-elvish, names such as this one
are nice to use for NPCs if you want to name your NPCs for what they are or
do in the adventure...

Hello agent _____

Your mission if you choose to accept it is to find out as
much info as possible about one alias Gurth. His true name
is unknown as is his history. He is to be considered armed
and dangerous also very intelligent. The subject should not
be hurt in any way, shape, or form. It is possible that he
is a FASA spy infiltrating the consumers haunts and reporting
back the success of their products. There are also a few
other possibilities such as free spirit, immortal elf, R Tal
games rep (tries to get people to move over to Cyberpunk 2020
by showing the cool stuff in the Plastic Warriors books).
Payment will be upon receival of info and based upon quantity
and quality.

I believe know all there is to know about this one...

> His true name is unknown as is his history.

Not really, dig in the logs and you should be able to find my real name a
few times, and the people I consider my friends also know it. No, I'm not
going to repeat it here and now :)

> He is to be considered armed and dangerous also very intelligent.

Armed? No.
Intelligent? You decide on that.

> The subject should not be hurt in any way, shape, or form.

Good. I like this guy :)

Might be... Might be... Then again it's much more likely that it might
not...

> There are also a few other possibilities such as free spirit

Not by my knowledge, but maybe someone didn't tell me about this.

> immortal elf

A very young one, then... Was there a mana spike in the mid-1970s?
Come to think of it, there Probably was, one that made people use the
ghastly colors ;)

Partly true -- the showing cool stuff bit anyway, I'm not too sure about
the Talsorian connection or the converting people to CP2020 though.

How much is the above worth, anyway?

down for the time being.
