Nope, I think you've got it wrong, it's because Gurth is so clean that
the not very nice men in ill fitting suits, have used his "squeeky
clean" image to base some of their conspiracies, he is actually being
framed, after all we can't have nice guys around, it brings the image of
mankind into disrepute. :)

That's not a dataline scrambler, that's a high gain linetap,
unfortunately the strength of frequency from your post was so weak (coz
of the distance like :) ) that the tap scrambled the words, of course
the listener might have done it, because it was too close to their
identity and they felt threatened. :)
