Ok, something else I was thinking about. I thought they did a pretty good
job incorporating druids into the Shadowrun world, with all the
differences in rituals and enchanting and stuff like that. One group I
would like to see covered which FASA hasn't even touched on (unless it's
in the Germany sourcebook, which I haven't read) is gypsies. They sound
alot like the other groups, both the NA Nations and the Druids, in that
they'd have rituals and traditions passed down for generations that could
turn out to be real magic. I figure the gypsies would probably lean more
toward enchanting (magic potions, lucky charms) and, maybe, some ritual
magic (curses and such) rather then a lot of straightforward spellcasting.
Anyone with any comments?

I haven't seen the Germany book, but believe it or not, gypsies are
covered in Cal Free State. In reality, there are alot of gypsy folks in
California. I know because my former girlfriend was a gypsy, and her
family moved to California when she was young because there were soooo
many there. Just FYI.

When I ran the boys to Romania, they was escorting a young gypsy girl
back home to Daddy; so she could be married off to "bring together"
two feuding families. Needless to say, she wasn't happy about this, to
say the least.

I pretty much guessed, they would do the enchanting and would have a pretty
high rate of phy ads. After all, it takes quite a bit of skill to juggle
knives.
