Once again things the players on my group started with the old habit of
throwing drek at a fan. Things were looking very grim for everyone in the
group, and it seemed that all the PC would die together.
Plotwise, this was going to cut two campaigns that we were playing
intertwined (Brainscan being one of them), so I thought of the idea of
allowing them to save themselves by selling their soul to a dark spirit
involved with the second campaign. Still, I haven't told them what exactly
happend, they just know they agreed to get help from some kind of being.
The fact that they have sold their to this being has changed them, in game
terms I am going to give them the flaws distinctive aura, hunted and maybe
borrowed time. The last being because they are part of the evil and in the
end they will face an epic battle against the forces of good, and will
mostly assured die.
Also I plan to give them some kind of awakened powers they will start to
discover over time. The first one of them is telepathy amongs the ones in
the group that sold their souls.
What I am looking is for ideas how to expand this. Also some
recommendations on how they could shed their current status of evil minions
and get their souls back.
