Herr Doom, you alluded to vehicular armor as exemplary of hard armor.
What of Full and Partial heavy, or of security armor? To me, these would
qualify because they are formed of rigid plates, rather than the soft
ballistic cloth (akin to Kevlar Vest material) of regular armor.

Hardend armor only appears in vehicles and certain para-normal animals.

personal armor is not bulky enough to be considered hardend. I mean do you
really considered that heavy sec. armor you wear to be just as tough as the hide
of a dragon? .Many vehicles don't even have hardend armor, but they still have
their body act as armor for you.

So in all Personal armor is too light - you would have to be unable to move to
get the benifit of hardend armor.
