E-mail. But it has been 5 business days now. Should I be worried?

No. From my experience, things going into Canada take longer that
things going out. Got to love that Canadian customs.... :)

I live in Ottawa and I haven't received mine yet (haven't gotten my list
shirt yet either, btw). It's not yet time to worry - customs is
notoriously slow passing innocuous things like books and shirts from our
friendly NAFTA partner to the south. It's only the drugs, guns and
criminals they admit quickly. ;-)

Well I -did- send the shirt out to you last Friday. Another batch went today.
I'm working on the finished list of those I'm waiting on, those I'm sending
next week, and the rest of the stuff in general.
