Anyone who knows offhand or has their SR3 book handy, I need some info from
the Hauling the Load paragraph of the Hardware section.

What is the demarcation for each level? I think its something like Str x 3,
x 5 and x 10, but I can't remember for sure.

It's all multipliers of 5: Strength x5, x10, and x15.
