Nobody has it, and I don't think anyone ever will, apart maybe from one or
two really tough NPCs.

I add one-half the character's Body Index to the TN for a Heal or Treat
spell, as directed to on page 6 of Shadowtech.
So if you assume a street sam with 6 Essence worth of cyberware (not
uncommon) who also loaded up on bioware, you get TNs of 10 with little
difficulty.

Not bad but one of my players has a target number of
12 for healing and 10 for treat. Orc with 1 point of
essence and a 7 body almost filled with bioware.
