I may not have read the appropriate bit so if that's the case let me know
but I think this is an interpretation question so...

If a character recieves a moderate wound, followed by a light wound,
followed by a serious wound (totalling 10 boxes or a deadly wound) as three
seperate attacks do you have to attempt to heal their deadly wound or can
you attempt to heal the light then the moderate and then the serious?
(logically you could leave the sucking chest wound and fix the spur holes in
the gut which would reduce the amount the body (and you) were trying to deal
with therefore making it easier to fix the chest wound later, your patient
isn't going to bleed to death from the gut while you try to reinflate their
lung.)
Would anyone call it that you can't if all of the wounds are bullet wounds
or cuts or club blows but you can if the wounds are a mix (eg if you can
identify the light wound because it was a gunshot while the moderate and the
serious where both gunshots.)

Does anyone have any house rules on the subject?

According to Lone Eagle, on Fri, 22 Feb 2002 the word on the street was...

BTB, you treat a single Deadly wound, not three individual ones that happen
to add up to a Deadly. This goes for both mundane and magical healing.

p 194 A character can only be magically healed once for any single set
of of injuries. The Drain Level of the spell is equal to the subject's
wound level when the spell is cast.

in this the heal spell works on all injuries present at the same time.
you can not heal one specific wound with out healing the other wounds.
The heal spell apparently seeks out all damage to the subjects body that
is present and tries to fix it all at once. It treats the body as a
whole not individual wounds.

I'd say you can only attempt to heal the total damage. The exact
order in which you deal with the separate wounds is abstracted into the
healing rules, and is not really important unless you want to make an
exact simulation of them medical procedures :).

It come down to a game thursday night, we had one character shot to peices
and then taken apart in close by a troll ganger, we had two people with
biotech working on her but couldn't work out how to do it, we eventually
used the lower skill as a complementary skill for the higher's but I thought
I'd see if anyone worked triage.
