Technically, a cyberzombie *is* dead. His/her mind just doesn't know it
yet. So actually (I'm nit-picking here) the ruling from the SR2 book about
negative Essence is still true...
But you're right in adding that rules can get changed when new rulebooks
come out, but until some FASA book says that you can heal Stun damage in
any way other than resting or taking some drug against it, I'll go with
the ruling that it can't be removed by magic.

The only trouble here is that you have to cast that Treat spell well
enough not to have any Physical damage remaining, *and* remove all the
Stun damage caused by the Treat spell...

Unless of course there's someone else willing to Treat or Heal you.

(This reminds me of the Aztlan blood magic thing last year...)
